Order Process

After you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation via e-mail. As soon as your order has been cleared by our Servicecenter, you will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail.

We will then arrange to speak to you to run through your order and expectations and confirm the availability of your Bike. We will also confirm a delivery schedule.

Depending on the method of payment we wait for confirmation of your financing or payment before we ship your bike to you. If you are paying by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery we will confirm receipt of funds.

Your order will now be processed. We put together all the relevant parts and accessories and prepare your bike (subject to availability) for shipment. As soon as your bike is ready for shipping, you will be informed.

Dependant on your choice of delivery option we will confirm a date that your Bike will be with you. Subject to availability we aim to have the bike to you no later than 1 week from receipt of funds.

If you choose our Ready 2 Ride service, then we will liaise with you to arrange a convenient time to deliver your Bike.
